What can you expect?

 

Hypnosis is a state of being, but it is not mind control or a state of unconsciousness. It is a powerful tool that allows you to enter into a state of trance, similar to a deep relaxed state of being. You are in control; with following instructions and using your active imagination while listening to the self-hypnosis recordings, you enter into a relaxed state which takes you from your beta brain waves to your alpha brain waves. 

Your beta brain waves are where you have conscious thoughts and critical evaluations of things around you. Your alpha brain waves allow you to tap into your subconscious, which is working behind the scenes storing memories, emotions, and behaviors. 

With self-hypnosis you can get out of the beta brain waves and down into alpha so that you are able to make change at a subconscious level, allowing you to achieve specific goals and begin living a life of your design, without having to muscle your way through the change consciously.


How often should I practice?


I recommend participating in self-hypnosis once a day for 7 days for each goal you have and hold space to reflect on how your self-hypnosis practice has affected your everyday living. 


A Guide for Participants - Success with Self-Hypnosis


You have goals and desires and must be an active participant in reaching these goals and desires. Your active participation includes coming to your sessions with an open mind, able to follow the instructions and use your active imagination while listening to the recordings. 

Success is a product of actively working towards your goal(s). Focus on your goals, your desires, remain mindful of what you want, and remind yourself of what it is that you seek. Along with the powerful self-hypnosis recordings and your open mind, these are important pieces to making a positive change to your life. You are an amazing human being and can reach your goals, I am here to support you along the way. 


What does it cost? 


The monthly subscription service is $37.00/month, with access to over 20 recordings and additional audio recordings being released on a monthly basis. 

When you select a yearly subscription, the rate is $397.00 for one year, this is an 11% discount. 


Will Self-Hypnosis cure my disease?


As a Master Hypnotherapist and Trainer of Hypnotherapy, it is out of my scope to cure/treat any ailment. However, Self-Hypnosis is an excellent tool to help the body relax, release tension, and function more effectively. These recordings are not a substitute for medical care and make no claims to cure/treat/prevent any disease or illness. While Self-Hypnosis has many beneficial effects, self-hypnosis is not a substitute for appropriate medical attention. When dealing with a physical and/or mental illness or disease always consult a qualified physician or therapist.


Do I need a referral from my doctor?


If you are under the care of a medical professional for a diagnosed medical condition, including but not limited to epilepsy, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, life-threatening diseases, or those with highly repressed/traumatic material, then you must obtain a referral letter/approval from your medical team before proceeding. If you are unsure if you need a referral, please reach out and I can offer specific guidance for your circumstances.
